Diamonds and Denim Fine Art Show and Sale

Welcome to the DENIM and DIAMONDS ART SALE  in the stunning foothills of Alberta! This unique event is not to be missed, as it brings together art enthusiasts, supporters of local artists and those who are passionate about giving back to their community. 

The event has a distinctive theme of Denim and Diamonds where you can dress up ( in keeping with the theme) and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Willow Hill Lodge.   

In addition to the stunning artworks on display, the Denim and Diamonds art sale has a charity component, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Alberta Childrens Hospital. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact  while enjoying an evening filled with art, culture and community. 

Guests will be treated to a delightful spread of charcuterie, and have the option to sip on cocktails or mocktails as you peruse the various artworks on display. This is an exclusive event as only 50 tickets are available.  The event promises to be an enjoyable and memorable evening.

How it Works

SquareFootShow hosts virtual art shows which are fun, fast-paced, and showcase the incredible talent of emerging + established artists alike.

The show goes live at exactly 8 pm EST, and it is often true that many artists will sell out within the first few minutes of opening. But, don’t let that discourage you!

The sale lasts until 8 pm on the third day and there are always plenty of original pieces to choose from. Each piece (from every artist!) is $300 CAD (approx $245 USD) + shipping & handling. It couldn’t be easier to support the arts and bring a bit of creativity and joy into your home!

During each show, we also host a giveaway of a painting, usually from that show’s headline artist. The winner is selected from subscribers to our email list. What’s more, we also provide email list subscribers with a preview of the pieces 48 hours prior to showtime.

The Homes For Heroes Foundation is a program that will assist with the re-integration of military veterans into civilian life.   Homes For Heroes has been designed to help those who were willing to give their all to protect us and maintain our freedoms, get back to a place where they feel supported and engaged in their community.

I will be available at this event and will have my Limited Edition Prints of The Journey to Remembrance with me.

Victories Centennial Ball and Gala

Where: The Telus Convention Centre, North Hall, 120 9 Ave SE, Calgary

The Victories Centennial Ball & Gala will be an evening to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of three great battles fought by the Canadian Corps in 1917: Vimy Ridge; Hill 70; and Passchendaele.

All proceeds from this event will be used to support area youth education.

$50 from the sale of each Limited Edition Print The Journey to Remembrance will go towards this worthy cause. One of the prints has also been donated and will be auctioned off during this event.

Longview Art and Culture Walk

The Longview Art and Culture Connection is pleased to be hosting another Art & Culture Walk! With five participating galleries, as well as the Longview Community Hall filled with Fine Art, Fine Craft and Authors from the surrounding area of Longview. Galleries will also be holding artist demos and attendees will have the opportunity to meet many of the galleries' artists over the weekend.

Longview, Alberta, SAT & SUN. OCT 14th & 15th: 10am - 5pm

Although I am personally unable for this event, I am pleased to be showing my work at Prairie Light Studio during this weekend.

Including the Artisans and Authors at the Longview Community Hall, the following galleries are also participating and are situated on Morrison Road/Highway 22 in Longview: Garside Wilson Gallery, Haywire Cafe and Grill, Prairie Light Studio, The Lost American Art Gallery and Museum and Wild West Wagons.

Longview Arts & Culture Connection: Art Walk

The Longview Arts & Culture Connection is presenting their first Art & Culture Walk. With the Village of Longview boasting three galleries and several restaurants supporting the arts, this lovely village makes for the perfect setting to enjoy both the arts and culture of the local artisans. The Community Hall will also have several local Fine Craft Artisans as well as local authors in attendance during the weekend.

I will be in attendance during this time - working on a painting and looking forward to connecting with you!

Prairie Light Studio, 107 Morrison Road, Longview, Alberta.

Parking is available at the school as well as beside the campgrounds during this busy event weekend.
